Every day you find a new article about some aspect of commercial real estate financing. It is an eclectic collection of items in no particular order. One day you can read an article about the program SBA 504, and another day you can read an article on land rentals. Each topic will be the subject of a training session which I hope will someday be able to give my children.
We recently added a wonderful new search feature to our blog that allows you to search for training on "mezzanine loans or preferred equity," for example, just type in the topic you want help on. As a result, this blog has become a wonderful tool for research.
